How fees work
A set fee for every concept you shoot.
You set your rates, we agree the fee upfront and it's locked into your contract before you film. No surprises.
Per conceptEach concept in a brief is a separate piece of content, with its own fee. Shoot more concepts, earn more.
UGCYour fee per concept or package covers 12 month or perpetual usage. Invoice once your footage is approved, paid within 2 weeks.
Partnership adsQuoted for 3, 6 or 12 months of usage on your account. Invoice once the content is live.

FAQs
Do I need a big following?
Not for UGC. We care about how you come across on camera, not your follower count. For Partnership content your audience is part of the deal, so following matters more there.
Do I have to post anything?
Only for Partnership content. UGC never touches your account. You send raw footage and we handle the rest.
Are shoots on location?
It depends on the brief. Some you'll film at home on your phone, some are in our studio, and some are at other locations with our team directing. We'll always tell you upfront.
What do I need to film at home?
Just your phone (iPhone 14 or newer is ideal), good natural light and a quiet room. Film vertically in 4K, no filters, and send the raw clips. Every brief has the full details.
What should I send to get started?
Just fill in the form at the bottom of this page: your name, email, phone, date of birth, country and your Instagram or TikTok. When the right brief comes up, our talent team will ask about your rates and anything else we need.
When do I get paid?
For UGC, invoice us once your raw footage is approved and you're paid within 2 weeks. For Partnership, invoice once the content is live on your page.
Who do I talk to?
A Swan Studio talent manager will reach out with each brief via your preferred communication channel. Any questions, just reply to them directly.
